This interactive workshop will guide new HR directors, BT coordinators, and other district and school leaders on effectively using reports in the North Carolina Educator Evaluation System (NCEES) to meet state requirements for BTs and foster meaningful growth.Participants will learn to use observation data and evaluation reports as practical tools to monitor compliance, track progress, and identify targeted growth opportunities for BTs.
