In this session, we will walk through the steps to set up a Responsive Schedule (Data Manager), critical planning elements (Administration), and comprehensive training plan (teachers) so that you can launch this impressive tool quickly. Participants will receive resources and templates to personalize for their needs. 

It is important that census data is converted in the cleaniest possible way.  To do this, a combination of logic is being applied by Infinite Campus in conjunction with targeted data cleaning in the legacy system.  We will dive into the reports available to help in this effort and you will understand the specific data cleanup steps that should be taken in the legacy system.

This session will focus on creating attendance notification letters for students with absences of 3, 6, or 10 days. Participants will learn how to efficiently set up these letters to ensure clear, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student attendance.

The migration of data from the legacy system into Infinite Campus is an interative process.  Each phase 2 PSU will be provided a trial conversion site where data will be validated, issues will be identified and resolutions will be put in place.  Get insight into the tools that Infinite Campus has to assist in this process.

We have found that the most important aspect of Infinite Campus is building the Household. This ties all of the information together so it will properly flow into connected systems. This session will discuss how to properly build a household, and where to look when things aren't working.
