Each segment delivers practical guidance, templates, and tools to support student and staff needs.1. Developing Supportive Training Materials (10 minutes)We'll begin by showcasing ready-to-use training templates and session formats, which provide consistency and clarity for all users. We will outline steps for tracking and analyzing no-show trends using data tools (ADM, Ad Hoc reports) and share resources, including sample outreach scripts. This helps to establish a routine for outreach and follow-up.6. Effective Student Scheduling (5 minutes)Setting up flexible and precise scheduling systems can improve student tracking. We will introduce flexible options, like period setups and multiple-day formats, and explain how master and period schedule reports can support attendance monitoring. A sample scheduling template will be provided for reference.7. Attendance Tracking (5 minutes)Accurate attendance is essential for data integrity. This section will focus on generating and interpreting attendance reports and addressing absenteeism through intervention strategies.
