Has your role changed this semester? Are you now an NCEES District or Site Administrator?If so, this session is for you! Learn how educators access the NCEES system, set plan types, assign access rights, assign PD and leverage reporting options. We'll also provide troubleshooting tips for common issues.Target Audience: Principals and Assistant Principals new to NCEES, or Experienced Principals and Assistant Principals who want/need a NCEES Refresher.

NCEES was originally designed to provide a pathway to growth. How can we use the process to impact teacher success and student achievement? In this session, we will examine how the rubric is constructed and how to use post-conference sessions to address teachers' and administrators' concerns. We will also examine what that post-conference should look like and how to plan for those difficult conversations while providing actionable feedback. 

Join us for a comprehensive session designed to equip principals and assistant principals with the knowledge and skills to effectively navigate the teacher evaluation process. We will delve into the key components of the policy, including the year-at-a-glance timeline, the teacher rubric, and the principal rubric. Learn best practices for providing targeted feedback, focusing on the specific language of the rubric, to support teacher growth and development.

This session will equip Staff UID Managers and NCEES District Administrators with the essential tools and knowledge to effectively manage access to the NCEES system. Participants will delve into the intricacies of budget code-based access provisioning, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how permissions are granted or revoked based on data from HR or payroll. Additionally, the session will explore strategies for safeguarding sensitive data by identifying and removing inactive staff accounts. By the end of this session, participants will be empowered to ensure that the right people have the right access at the right time.Target Audience: Staff UID Managers and NCEES District Administrators
