This one-hour presentation will equip new Infinite Campus users with essential tips, resources, and effective processes for administrative tasks. It is especially beneficial for Phase 2 charter schools and small districts where data managers juggle multiple responsibilities, offering insights and strategies to streamline their work. Each segment delivers practical guidance, templates, and tools to support student and staff needs.1. Developing Supportive Training Materials (10 minutes)We'll begin by showcasing ready-to-use training templates and session formats, which provide consistency and clarity for all users. Standardized agendas, objectives, and curated resources (e.g., articles and videos) will be introduced, creating a foundation for ongoing learning. A quick overview of feedback integration will be provided, highlighting how input gathered through Google surveys can shape and improve materials.2. Simplified User Access with Rapid Identity (5 minutes)Managing access efficiently is critical. This segment will walk users through steps for retrieving updated staff rosters and using Rapid Identity to handle NCEdCloud access. We’ll also discuss troubleshooting techniques for common issues (e.g., password resets) and share email templates to expedite communication for access-related requests.3. Customized Training by Role (10 minutes)Recognizing that different roles have unique challenges, this section focuses on creating role-specific resources. We will cover developing guides for specialized roles, like case management for social workers, and assembling toolkits that include workflows and collaboration strategies. 4. Streamlined New Student Enrollments & Withdrawals (5 minutes)Next, we’ll review essential steps for new student enrollments and withdrawals. Checklists for required documentation, sample forms, and templates for family communication will be provided. This streamlines processes and ensures accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication with families.5. Managing No-Shows (5 minutes)Proactive management of no-shows is crucial. We will outline steps for tracking and analyzing no-show trends using data tools (ADM, Ad Hoc reports) and share resources, including sample outreach scripts. This helps to establish a routine for outreach and follow-up.6. Effective Student Scheduling (5 minutes)Setting up flexible and precise scheduling systems can improve student tracking. We will introduce flexible options, like period setups and multiple-day formats, and explain how master and period schedule reports can support attendance monitoring. A sample scheduling template will be provided for reference.7. Attendance Tracking (5 minutes)Accurate attendance is essential for data integrity. This section will focus on generating and interpreting attendance reports and addressing absenteeism through intervention strategies. We will also cover record-keeping best practices, providing guides for consistent data management.8. Addressing PMR Issues (5 minutes)Common PMR issues can be challenging for new users. Here, we’ll review frequent challenges and resolution strategies, emphasizing data integrity. Resources such as troubleshooting guides and step-by-step workflow videos will be shared to assist users in PMR management.9. Standards-Based Grading Implementation (5 minutes)Standards-based grading is critical for transparency. We’ll outline how to align standards with assessments, effectively communicate grades, and provide rubrics and templates that support clear grading practices for both students and parents.10. Essential Data & Tool Management (5 minutes)Concluding with data management, we’ll cover managing tool rights, customizing admin rights, and ensuring data compliance in nutrition tracking and ad hoc reporting. Templates for permission matrices, access request processes, and reporting will be provided.This session empowers Infinite Campus users with practical, adaptable tools to streamline their daily tasks, promote data integrity, and support collaboration.
