Helpful hints that might make things easier for Phase 2.Examples:-Find out which employees are contacts for students. Make sure the email and phone numbers match what is on their staff page. Easier to match them up in export files. Maybe do a Google form to collect information to help-Tool Rights - Find out now what groups need to access (do Front desk people need access to teacher schedules, do ISS TA's (coordinators) need access to see discipline or student grades, etc., who needs access to past calendars) Come up with a good schema for groups-Staff Titles - make sure they are set for staff and closely follow your tool right schema.
