NCED Connect Symposium 2025

In this presentation, I will share strategies to connect and collaborate with teachers. I will share Learning Focused Lesson Plans, library programming, and other resources that support these collaborations. I will also share effective strategies that help bring teachers and students into our school library. This presentation will offer various lessons and activities across my high school's curriculum, understanding that every grade level is unique and Media Coordinators and teachers may need to tweak these lessons and activities to fit their needs. This presentation will focus on the power of collaboration and how collaborations and the inclusion of Exceptional Children and STEAM in the school library build a positive reading culture and a strong school community of learners and readers.
