Phase I PSUs: Scheduling Part 1 LIMITED
Tuesday January 21, 2025 10:00am - 11:50am EST
In the first hour of this session, attendees will be trained on how to complete the roll forward process for scheduling related items.  Roll forward items include calendars, student enrollments, reports, and user security calendar permissions.  In the second hour of this session participants will be actively rolling the scheduling elements forward in their Infinite Campus site or sandbox site.  Infinite Campus training specialists will be walking throughout the room to help answer questions and provide guidance as attendees complete each of the roll forward steps.  

Prerequisite: Complete the on-demand course for Virtual Scheduling Series Part 1

In the first hour of this session, attendees will be trained on how to complete the course cleanup, student request, and scheduling report preparedness process.  In the second hour of the session, the Infinite Campus instructors will walk around the room to offer guidance on how to prepare courses, student requests, and common reports so that attendees will be able to finalize those steps later after the conference.

Prerequisites: Attend the Phase I PSUs: Scheduling Part 1 session and complete the on-demand course for Virtual Scheduling Series Part 2
