It is especially beneficial for Phase 2 charter schools and small districts where data managers juggle multiple responsibilities, offering insights and strategies to streamline their work. Developing Supportive Training Materials (10 minutes)We'll begin by showcasing ready-to-use training templates and session formats, which provide consistency and clarity for all users. Standardized agendas, objectives, and curated resources (e.g., articles and videos) will be introduced, creating a foundation for ongoing learning. A quick overview of feedback integration will be provided, highlighting how input gathered through Google surveys can shape and improve materials.2.
