About me
Cam Scott is the Director of Data and Analytics for KIPP North Carolina, where she spearheads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing educational outcomes and operational efficiency across the organization. In this role, she is instrumental in overseeing data collection and analysis, generating actionable insights, and fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making among educators and administrators.Before joining KIPP NC, Cam served as the Senior Systems Developer for Boston Day and Evening Academy, where she developed Salesforce as a Student Information System to effectively track flexible, competency-based learning and social-emotional wellness for high school students. Previously, she focused on improving processes and measuring program impact for Boston Public Schools' Office of Innovation and Metanoia Community Development Corporation.Cam is a former Education Pioneer Fellow and Bonner Leader alumna. She has also served as both an Americorps VISTA and Site Coordinator for the Children’s Defense Fund Freedom Schools. In 2022, she earned her Massachusetts School Principal License and founded The Expansion Lab, a youth program dedicated to fostering networks for Black and brown children. Cam holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MBA in Business Analytics from Clemson University. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
