Gina's journey with Infinite Campus began in 2010 when she assumed the role of Support Manager. Holding a pivotal position within the company, Gina is the linchpin connecting various departments, such as training, customer success, sales, technical services, product management, and development, all with a singular goal in mind: to ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Her collaboration with Mike Rhodes, the Chief Customer Experience Officer, involves providing invaluable insights through evaluation, analysis, and forecasting, contributing significantly to the department's efficiency, budget, operations, and staffing. Boasting a rich and diverse career spanning over 25 years, Gina's true passion lies in fostering leadership, refining processes, and cultivating positive experiences for both employees and customers alike. Under her guidance, the Infinite Campus Support team has earned multiple awards, starting from 2013.
