Jenny Capistrant is an accomplished Support Coach at Infinite Campus, where she has been a valued team member for over 11 years. In this role, Jenny specializes in coaching and facilitating team collaboration, seamlessly bridging the gap between Support and Development teams. Her efforts ensure streamlined communication and exceptional customer service for school districts across the country.
Jenny's unique qualifications include a K6-12 Social Studies teaching license, which enriches her ability to understand and address customer needs. Jenny also gained customer service experience in diverse sectors, including retail, restaurants, and call centers. These roles sharpened her problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, laying the foundation for her success in her current position. Her dedication and excellence were formally recognized when she was honored with the prestigious Support Analyst of the Year award in 2022 with HDI’s Minnesota Chapter.
