About me
Kelly Rawlston grew up in Milton, West Virginia and relocated to North Carolina in college and has lived in the Tar Heel State since 2001. She has 18+ years of experience in Public Education as a classroom teacher, technology facilitator, and blended learning instructor. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master’s in the Art of Education in Instructional Technology, both from East Carolina University. Since 2022 Kelly has served as the Content Development Lead for the Rethink Education Program with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
