About me
I have retired after 32 years of experience as an educator, from roles as a Media Coordinator and Instructional Technology Facilitator to working with the North Carolina Department of Digital Teaching and Learning, and most recently serving as the Chief Information Officer for a public school unit. In each position, my focus has always been on supporting educators and students by integrating meaningful digital practices into the curriculum.I'm thrilled to now serve as the Executive Director of NCTIES, whose mission is to support North Carolina educators in advancing digital teaching and learning. I would love the opportunity to come and speak with Curriculum Directors, Technology Directors, Superintendents, and other leadership teams about what NCTIES has to offer and discuss ways we can support their goals in digital teaching and learning.
