Mike McKay is the Chief Technology Officer for Carteret County Public Schools. With a distinguished 28-year career in education, Mike has held a variety of roles, including CTE teacher, Instructional Technology Facilitator, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Technology/Science Director. This diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of educational technology and its transformative impact on teaching and learning.Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mike is a dedicated family man. He cherishes his role as a husband to his wife and a proud father of two wonderful children.
