I am a dedicated Education Consultant specializing in Multilingual Learners (ML)/Title III initiatives at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. With a decade of experience as an ESL teacher, I brought my passion for MLs to DPI in 2018. In my current role at DPI, I collaborate closely with schools and districts to implement effective multilingual (ML) data management strategies within Infinite Campus. This involves not only ensuring accurate and comprehensive data entry but also providing training and support to educators on how to utilize this data effectively to inform their instruction. By streamlining data management processes, I help schools monitor the progress of multilingual learners and make data-driven decisions that enhance student outcomes.
