Terra Lynne Dominguez is a Business Systems Analyst II with over 20 years of experience in supporting public education, currently specializing in federal data submissions and supporting educational data integrity. As the lead administrator for the CEDARS data warehouse, she maintains the system, overseeing data loading and corrections to ensure accuracy in North Carolina's K-12 data.In addition to CEDARS, Terra Lynne serves as the SEA CRDC Coordinator for the federal collection by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and as the EDFacts/EDPass Coordinator, facilitating and liaising between the agency and the U.S. Department of Education (USED) for federal file submissions. Working closely with Public School Units (PSUs), she guides and supports reporting compliance, offering a user-centered approach that simplifies processes and ensures alignment with federal standards.
