About me
Tim Wease serves as the Director of Public School Units (PSU) Cybersecurity with NC Department of Public Instruction (DPI). Tim works to provide and manage a comprehensive offering of solutions and services for PSUs around NC to meet the program goal of helping all PSUs achieve essential cyber hygiene. Tim graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Computer Science and has work and a M.S. of Software Engineering from East Carolina University. Alongside education professionals, he has worked to expand the impact and reach of technology resources around North Carolina. His experience includes Technology Technician, Wide Area Network Engineer, and most recently Chief Technology Officer.
