Yolanda Wilson is a Business Analyst with the Educational Technology Services Team (ETS) at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI), where she focuses on the Every Child Accountability & Tracking System (ECATS). Although she is relatively new to her role as a Business Analyst, Yolanda brings over 20 years of experience with NCDPI, having previously worked as a Computer Specialist with the HRMS IT Service Desk and a Communications Specialist for Home Base.
In her current role, Yolanda is responsible for writing and editing requirements for new and existing OEC technology applications, while also working to enhance processes that better serve stakeholders. She is deeply engaged in learning the various aspects of OEC programs and enjoys connecting how her work supports Public School Units (PSUs) and their direct impact on students across North Carolina.
Originally from Arkansas, Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, a second Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan University, and a Master of Science in Information Science from North Carolina Central University.
